What payment methods do you accept?

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return or exchange, contact info@beluze-living.com within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, item details, reason for return, and supporting images. Requests without prior approval will not be processed.

What conditions must items meet to be returned or exchanged?

Items will be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the original condition received.
  • Returned with all original parts and packaging.
  • No signs of use or wear.
Where and how can I track my order?
  • All orders include access to tracking details.
  • A dispatch confirmation email is sent once the order is shipped.
  • You will then receive a separate shipping update email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
What should I do if my order has not arrived on time?

In some cases, delivery may extend up to three additional business days beyond the estimated timeframe. If the order has not arrived after this period, support can be contacted at info@beluze-living.com.
